Instructions

  • 1.   Take a sheet of phyllo dough and double it by placing half of another sheet on top (to reinforce it).
  • 2.   Then, place an egg in the center of the dough and season to your liking (add salt, pepper, capers, or other ingredients).
  • 3.   Gently close the brick.
  • 4.   Fry in a small amount of very hot oil for 2 minutes on each side.
  • 5.   Drain well on paper towels, then enjoy hot.
