Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and cut the strawberries into pieces
  • 2.   Cook the strawberries and maple syrup over medium heat for 7 minutes, covering the mixture
  • 3.   Mash the strawberries with a fork when they are tender
  • 4.   Pour the mixture into a jar and let it cool
  • 5.   Add the chia seeds and mix
  • 6.   Let the jam cool in the fridge for a few minutes before serving
