Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the salsify, rinse them thoroughly, then plunge them into salted boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper, add the chopped parsley, mix, and let it simmer for 1 minute.
  • 3.   Drain the salsify and place them in a dish. Pour the cream over them and serve hot.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Heat up a can of salsify if you want to reduce the preparation time.
