Easy and Quick Pancakes

Instructions

  • 1.   Roughly beat the egg and sugar in a bowl.
  • 2.   Add melted butter or oil to it.
  • 3.   In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then add half of it to the mixture.
  • 4.   Gradually mix in the milk while adding the other half of the flour little by little (this will prevent lumps from forming).
  • 5.   No resting time is necessary, just heat your pan over medium heat.
  • 6.   Using a small ladle or a large sauce spoon, drop "rounds" onto the pan.
  • 7.   When bubbles appear and burst, flip the pancakes and cook for no more than a minute on the other side.

  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 200 ml of milk
