TUNA RILLETTES WITH PETIT SUISSE CHEESE AND DILL

Ideal for an appetizer on small slices of baguette, with a touch of butter underneath.

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the petit suisse cheese with the tuna.
  • 2.   Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
  • 3.   Wash the lemon and cut it in half on your cutting board, then squeeze each half onto your mixture.
  • 4.   Once the lemon juice is added, season the mixture with salt and pepper, according to your taste.
  • 5.   Wash and chop the dill, then add it to the mixture as well.
  • 6.   Depending on your preference: serve as an appetizer accompanied by a salad or spread on the baguette cut into toasts.

  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 4 little Swisses
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 handful of fresh dill
  • 1 baguette (optional)
  • 60 g of butter (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
