Perch fillets with Provence herbs

Instructions

  • 1.   Season your fish with Provence herbs and pepper, then fry your perch in a drizzle of olive oil and keep them warm.
  • 2.   Finely chop your garlic, chives, and parsley, then fry them in a little olive oil.
  • 3.   Squeeze your half lemon, then add the juice and white wine to the mixture.
  • 4.   Add the perch and let it fry over low heat for 1 minute.
  • 5.   You can enjoy your perch accompanied by rice or steamed vegetables.
