Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in salted water
    Set aside
  • 2.   Slice the garlic, sauté it in olive oil over low heat with the basil for 10 minutes
  • 3.   Blend the tomatoes

    Add the tomatoes, season and add the parmesan. Let simmer over low heat for 20 minutes
  • 4.   Add the pasta, mix and let it rest for 2 minutes off the heat

  • 20 g of parmesan
