Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sweetener until you get a foamy mixture.
  • 3.   Add the cottage cheese, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  • 4.   Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, then place dollops of jam on top of the cake.
  • 5.   Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
