Homemade Mikados

. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

. Divide the shortcrust pastry and shape small balls.

. Sprinkle flour on the work surface. Shape small sticks with the shortcrust pastry balls.

. Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.

. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in a saucepan. Pour the chocolate into a container.

. Once the sticks are cooked, dip them one by one in the chocolate. Place them in the refrigerator to set the chocolate.
