Homemade Mikados

A recipe to make your own Mikados when you run out of them in the pantry!

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Divide the shortcrust pastry and shape small balls.
  • 3.   Sprinkle flour on the work surface. Shape small sticks with the shortcrust pastry balls.
  • 4.   Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • 5.   Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in a saucepan. Pour the chocolate into a container.
  • 6.   Once the sticks are cooked, dip them one by one in the chocolate. Place them in the refrigerator to set the chocolate.

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 shortcrust pastry with pure butter
  • 1 pinch of flour
