. Blend the coconut until it reaches the consistency of coarse sand.

. Mix all the ingredients together.

. On a greased baking sheet or lined with parchment paper, form 24 small balls, well spaced apart.

. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before enjoying 😀
