Sunday Caramel Peanut

Instructions

  • 1.   Whip the cream until it reaches a firm whipped cream texture.
    Tip: The cream will whip better if it is very cold, and it's the fat content that makes it work, so forget about using light cream ;)
  • 2.   Add the sweetened condensed milk and incorporate it using a spatula or a rubber scraper.
    Tip: Start from the center and gently fold towards the edges to avoid deflating the whipped cream.
  • 3.   Add your choice of topping!
    For me: salted butter caramel and peanuts.
  • 4.   Place in the freezer, in a container or closed jars, for about 6 hours, and you will get a creamy, indulgent, and melt-in-your-mouth ice cream.

  • 250 g of sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 g of peanut
  • 10 cl of caramel
