Instructions
1. Prepare the cabbage. Remove the core, the first damaged leaves, and wash the remaining leaves. Cut these leaves into strips and set them aside in a colander.
2. Peel the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water for 6 minutes. Retrieve them from the boiling water with a spoon, put them in a dish, and pour the boiling water from the potatoes over the cabbage strips (quick blanching à la MacGyver).
3. Peel and finely chop the onion.
4. In a sauté pan, fry the bacon for 5 minutes over medium-high heat, then add the diced onion and cook for another 3 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into rough squares.
5. After the 3 minutes, add these potato cubes, 25 g of butter, the strips of green cabbage, and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
