Asian-style Chicken Thighs with Rice - Serve with Vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the garlic cloves and ginger, then grate them into a small bowl. Add lime juice, honey, fish sauce, chili, and oil. Mix well. Cut the chicken thighs in half (the drumstick on one side, the upper thigh on the other).
  • 2.   Place the chicken pieces in a dish (remove as much skin as possible). Brush the chicken pieces on all sides with the previously prepared sauce.
  • 3.   Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with chopped flat-leaf parsley (or cilantro) and serve immediately with rice.
