4. Add the dry ingredients: vanilla sugar, baking powder, and flour.
5. Add the chocolate chips last.
6. Mix with the fork, but do not overwork the batter.
7. Heat the pan over medium heat. In one pan, I make 3 pancakes with a diameter of 10 cm (approximately). Wait for the first bubbles to appear and flip the pancake. Cook for 2 minutes and set aside.
8. Serve with maple syrup, caramel, or spreadable chocolate.
