Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
  • 2.   Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish and place pieces of butter on top.
  • 3.   Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with herbes de Provence.
  • 4.   Bake for 1 hour. Baste regularly during cooking.
