Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onions and peppers, peel the shrimp.
  • 2.   Sauté the shrimp, onions, and peppers in hot oil, add the spices and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the can of tomato paste and half of water, cover.
    Cooking in a cooker: 5 minutes under pressure.
    Cooking on the stove: 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 4.   Serve with white rice.

  • 1 canned peeled tomato
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 200 g of cooked rice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
