Five-Spice Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the minced shallots, minced garlic, quartered pears, julienned ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, and five-spice powder on the sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 2.   Rub the pork with 2 teaspoons of olive oil, then roll the meat in sesame seeds. Heat the remaining olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Brown the pork in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 12 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Cook the beans in boiling water or steam for 3 minutes. Drain them. Serve the sliced meat with the roasted pear mixture, sauce, and beans.

  • 100 g of green bean
  • 100 g of beans extra fine
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
