Frisée with bacon

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and dry the lettuce, then arrange it in a dish.
  • 2.   Crush the garlic, then cut the bread into cubes.
  • 3.   Bring water to a boil and add the 4 eggs for 5 minutes (or to your liking).
  • 4.   Fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat, without adding any fat.
  • 5.   Once cooked, pour 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar over the bacon. It's ready!

  • ½ baguettes
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
