Instructions
1. 1. Mix the soy sauce with the oil in a shallow dish. Add the chicken breast, turn it several times to coat it well, cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Peel the tomato and dice it. Peel the small onions and slice them. Keep the stems aside. Wash the potatoes and steam them without peeling.
Drain the chicken breast and reserve the marinade. Heat a small non-stick skillet and sear the chicken in it for 2 minutes on each side over high heat. Remove it and brown the onions in the same skillet. Add the tomato, salt, pepper, put the chicken back in the skillet, pour the marinade over it and let it cook over low heat for 15 minutes; turn the chicken halfway through cooking.
Peel the cooked potatoes, slice them and place them on the plate next to the chicken. Sprinkle with the chopped stems of the small onions.
