Instructions

  • 1.   1. Put the lentils in cold water and bring to a boil. Add carrots, celery, garlic, and shallot. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt.

    1. Drain, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve.
