Cauliflower Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Add nutmeg and salt for seasoning.
  • 3.   In a gratin dish, make a layer of cauliflower, add the sauce on top, and finally sprinkle with gruyère cheese to gratin the whole dish.
  • 4.   Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
