Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Place the puff pastry in a tart dish and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Arrange in the bottom: mustard, breadcrumbs (to drain the tomatoes), halved tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs (Provence, oregano), and grated gruyère cheese.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
