Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the ground meat, herbs, and spices with a fork.
  • 2.   Shape equal-sized meatballs with this mixture.
  • 3.   Peel and finely slice the onion. Sauté them in a pan over low heat with olive oil.
  • 4.   Add the meatballs and brown them, turning them often.
  • 5.   When they are golden, add the crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.

  • 2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh parsley
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 400 g of canned peeled tomato
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
