Instructions

  • 1.   Brush the pork chops with wine and olive oil using a brush. Sprinkle with thyme and rosemary leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Place in a dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • 3.   Cut the potatoes in half and bake them for 30 minutes.
  • 4.   Heat a grill or barbecue and brown the pork chops on each side for about ten minutes. Serve hot.
  • 5.   Cut the zucchini into tagliatelle-like strips and sauté them for a few minutes.
