Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and split vanilla bean.
    Add water and melt and infuse over low heat for 40 minutes until it reaches a spoon-coating consistency.

  • Strain the syrup before using.
    Store in an airtight jar or refrigerator.
