Instructions

  • 1.   Mash the raspberries into a puree using a potato masher or a blender.
  • 2.   Strain the resulting coulis through a sieve.
  • 3.   Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Pour the syrup over the raspberry coulis, mix, let cool, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
  • 4.   Churn in an ice cream maker.
