White chocolate mousse

Instructions

  • 1.   Soak the gelatin sheet in a bowl of cold water.
  • 2.   Melt the white chocolate with the milk over low heat.
  • 3.   In a separate bowl, whip half of the cream over low heat and dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it.
  • 4.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the mixture.
  • 5.   Grate the milk chocolate squares and add them to the mousse.
  • 6.   Divide into serving glasses and let it rest in the refrigerator for two hours.

  • 15 cl of sour cream
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 gelatin
  • 5 squares of milk chocolate
