Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2.   Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and almonds. Mix them in a large bowl with the oats, seeds, oil, and honey. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  • 3.   Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the cereal is evenly golden.
  • 4.   Transfer to an airtight container and store for up to a month.
  • 5.   Serve with 0% fat Greek yogurt or skim milk and fresh fruits (to be counted).

  • 50 g of raisin
  • 50 g of almond
  • 50 g of hazelnut
  • 50 g of sunflower seed
  • 1.5 tablespoon of sesame seed
  • 50 g of sunflower oil
  • 6 tablespoon of honey
