Instructions

. Preheat the broiler of the oven to medium heat.

. Mix the rosemary, thyme, and pepper in a small bowl.

. Spray the bottom of the fillet with oil and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

. Spread the mustard on top of the fillet and sprinkle with the herb mixture.

. Place the fillet in the oven and cook for about 12 minutes, watching that the top doesn't burn.
