1. Preheat the grill. Spray a little oil on the zucchini slices and grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are brown and tender. Let them cool.
2. Mix the chickpeas, tomatoes, zucchini, arugula, orange zest and juice, and sesame oil. Place in plates and top with crumbled goat cheese. Season with pepper and serve.
