1. Put the oat flakes in a small saucepan with 500 ml of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and let cook, stirring regularly, for 5 minutes (or until thickened).
2. Divide the resulting porridge into two bowls and top each portion with 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Add the berries on top, then sprinkle each bowl with a teaspoon of sugar.
