Instructions

  • 1.   Separate the broccoli florets, rinse them, and place them in the steamer basket of a pressure cooker with a glass of salted water. Close tightly and cook for 5 minutes from the start of the valve rotation. Drain and set aside.
  • 2.   Prepare the herb sauce.
    Mix lemon juice with mustard. Add finely chopped shallot, parsley, and coriander.
  • 3.   In a non-stick skillet, sauté the zucchini previously cut into spirals over medium heat. Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes, and cook for 3 minutes. Add the herb sauce to bind everything together. Adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
