Instructions
1. 1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Roughly chop the capers and pickles. Cut the bonito into large cubes. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon. Toast the bread and cut it into large cubes.
2. 2. In a bowl, place the bonito, season with salt and pepper. Then add the onion, capers, pickles, olive oil, lemon juice, ketchup, horseradish, lettuce or herbs, and bread. Mix well. Divide into bowls and top with egg yolks. Serve.
