  • 1.   Cook the potatoes in their jackets and let them cool.
  • 2.   Peel them and cut them into slices.
  • 3.   Cut the corned beef into large pieces.
  • 4.   Mix the potatoes, corned beef, and other ingredients.

Notes & Suggestions

  • It's better when prepared the day before. You can substitute the vinegar with another of your choice.
