Hard-boiled eggs x 2 🔴

Seemingly simple, cooking a hard-boiled egg can be quite a challenge. If overcooked, a sulfurous taste may escape; if undercooked, the white is not sufficiently coagulated and it is unusable. It's up to you to master the cooking for a perfect hard-boiled egg!

Instructions

  • 1.   Remember to take your eggs out of the refrigerator a few minutes before cooking to avoid thermal shock.
    Bring the water to a boil.
    Using a kitchen thermometer, check that the temperature is around 70°C (160°F).
    Carefully place the eggs in the boiling water using a slotted spoon to avoid burning yourself, and let them cook for 10 minutes.
    Drain the water and place your eggs in a bowl of ice water to immediately stop the cooking process.
