Instructions

  • 1.   1. Mix the diced salmon fillet with 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
  • 2.   2. Mix cooked and cooled sushi rice with 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, sesame seeds, and 1 tablespoon of chopped chives. Set aside.
  • 3.   3. Place the rice at the bottom of a bowl, add sesame seeds, cucumber slices, thinly sliced radishes, avocado slices, seasoned salmon, 1 tablespoon of chopped chives, and minced cilantro. Serve.
