Instructions

  • 1.   Prick the roast with a clove of garlic (if desired). Heat the oil over high heat in the pressure cooker and brown the roast on all sides. Season. Add the onion cut into pieces, let it brown. Add the thyme, bay leaf, and unpeeled garlic clove. Pour in the water.
  • 2.   Close. As soon as steam escapes, reduce the heat source and cook according to the indicated time.
  • 3.   Open the pressure cooker. Cut the roast into slices and serve with the cooking juice on the side.
