Instructions

. Peel and finely chop garlic and onions. Peel and wash the carrots, cut them into cubes.

. Sauté the onions in a drizzle of olive oil for a few minutes. Add the garlic and bacon bits.

. When the bacon starts to brown, add the carrot cubes. Stir and let them cook for a few minutes so that the carrots are coated in fat.

. Add the peas. Stir.

. Then add ½ glass of water, thyme, salt, and pepper.

. Let it cook for about 25 minutes.
