Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Unroll the pastry into a pie dish, keeping the baking paper.
  • 2.   In a hot skillet without any fat, cook the bacon for about 5 minutes. Drain them on a paper towel.
  • 3.   In a bowl, beat the cream and eggs. Season with pepper. Pour onto the pastry. Add the bacon.
  • 4.   Bake in the lower part of your oven for 40 to 45 minutes (conventional oven) and 30 to 35 minutes (convection oven).
