Chicken Papillotes with Green Vegetables and Chili

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F)!
  • 2.   Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  • 3.   Slice the onion.
  • 4.   Trim the green beans.
  • 5.   Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stem and slice it.
  • 6.   Cook the vegetables for about 10 minutes.
  • 7.   Meanwhile, cook the bulgur for 10 minutes.
  • 8.   Press or mince the garlic.
  • 9.   Cut the chicken thighs into pieces.
  • 10.   Use parchment paper to make the papillotes (one per person).
  • 11.   In the center, place the chicken, onion, garlic, broccoli, and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with chili.
  • 12.   Seal each papillote tightly.
  • 13.   Place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • 14.   Cut the lemon into quarters.

  • Serve the chicken papillotes with green vegetables and chipotle chili immediately, accompanied by a lemon wedge and the bulgur!
