Spiced Beef Meatballs with Mint (Low Glycemic Index - BP)

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil, oat bran, minced garlic, spices, and pepper. Mix well with a fork.
  • 2.   Add the chopped mint.
  • 3.   Shape the mixture into meatballs with your hands and cook them in a greased pan.
  • 4.   Slice the bell peppers into strips and cook them for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • 5.   Serve the meatballs with the peppers and couscous, and accompany with tomato sauce.

  • 3 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 20 leaf of fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 25 g of oat bran
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 tomato sauce
  • 1 handful of sesame seed
  • 200 g of full couscous semolina
  • pepper (according to taste)
