1. Whisk the butter with the sweetener, then add the egg, continue whisking.
2. Mix the remaining (dry) ingredients in another bowl.
3. Then mix the two preparations until obtaining a smooth and compact dough.
4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
5. Roll out the dough on parchment paper, pierce with a fork and pre-cut into squares using a knife.
6. If possible, place in the freezer for 10 minutes, or in the fridge for 45 minutes.
7. Bake for 10 minutes at 190°C. Then let cool and dry for several hours for a crispy texture.
