Instructions

  • 1.   In a shaker, shake or stir with a spoon in a glass.
  • 2.   Let the chia seeds swell for 15 minutes, shaking/stirring occasionally.
  • 3.   Squeeze a organic lemon and add it to the mixture. Shake and pour into a glass and enjoy chilled.
