Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and grate the ginger. Cut off the stems of the jalapeños.
  • 2.   Remove the seeds for a milder vinaigrette or keep them for a spicier vinaigrette.
  • 3.   Blend all the ingredients to obtain a smooth sauce.
