Chocolate mousse with pomegranate and raspberries

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the avocados in half, remove the skin and pit.
  • 2.   Blend the flesh with all the ingredients except the cocoa nibs until smooth. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs.
  • 3.   Put the mousse in glasses and add pistachios, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds.
  • 4.   Crush the dark chocolate and sprinkle over the glasses.

  • 2 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 40 g of cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoon of cocoa nibs
  • 50 g of pistachio
  • 50 g of pomegranate seeds
  • 50 g of raspberry
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
