Shrimp and Sweet Pepper Rigatoni Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until just tender. Drain and let cool.
  • 2.   Place the pasta in a salad bowl with the shrimp. Slice the onions, watercress, cilantro, and cucumber. Add them to the pasta and shrimp. Add the oil and chili sauce, gently mix.
