Mustard and Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the butter in a large skillet and melt the pressed garlic for 1 minute, stirring. Cook the chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  • 2.   Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in the mustard and chopped sun-dried tomatoes, then add the sliced onions.
  • 3.   Before serving, slice the chicken into thick strips and drizzle with the sauce.
