Instructions

  • 1.   Bring 500 ml of salted water to a boil. Add the bulgur and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, then let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice the onions and cut the peppers into thin strips. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet. Add the onions and peppers. Sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Add the bulgur to the skillet along with the capers and olives. Sauté for another 5 minutes and serve.

  • 200 g of green bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon of caper
  • 12 pitted green olives
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
