Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210°C (425°F). Mix the beaten eggs with the milk, flour, sugar, sweetener, and chosen alcohol.
  • 2.   Grease a round cake pan, evenly distribute the chosen fruits on the bottom (for small fruits like cherries, it is preferable to leave the pits, otherwise pit the fruits, cut them, and place the skin side down in the pan). Pour the batter over the fruits and bake for 25 minutes.
  • 3.   At the end of the cooking time, remove any juice that has risen to the surface if necessary, sprinkle with vanilla sugar, and put it back under the broiler for about 3 to 5 minutes to caramelize. Enjoy warm or cold.
