Avocado Frozen Smoothie

Instructions

  • 1.   Put the flesh of 3 avocados in a blender or food processor. Add the yogurt, one degermed garlic clove (with the Magimix, I use the BlenderMix attachment), the juice of half a lime, and the chives.
  • 2.   Blend until smooth. Then add a little water or milk to achieve a more liquid texture according to your taste.
  • 3.   Keep refrigerated and covered with plastic wrap until ready to serve. Mix well before serving very cold in individual glasses.
  • 4.   Serve your frozen smoothie with croutons or crackers to add a crunchy touch.
